This report is not radically different to Genesis 30. This mother giving her daughter to her boyfriend to impregnate is pretty much parallel to Jacob shagging Rachel's servant to bear children... so, these people just got their morality from the bible.
Obviously, this report does not mention the religiosity of the mother but that doesn't stop christians from accusing atheists of creating this kind of mind set.
